Woman fraudulently takes out credit cards, maxes them out

The woman’s criminal complaint states that the victim filed a fraud complaint in May 2014. He believed his estranged wife had taken out credit cards in his name, according to the complaint.

The victim was reportedly unaware of this until he began to receive calls from the credit card companies letting him know that the cards had been maxed out.

The victim was reportedly able to identify his estranged wife, Tamara Scott, in surveillance photos from a Johnson Bank ATM.
